Now I know for a fact, that i'm not the only one who struggles to find a nice, supportive and comfortable bra! Its the one thing that is hardest for most women to find a relatively "sexy" one without it being completely ill-fitting and makes you end up feeling that you want to rip it off after 5 minutes!

First things first, we need to get the bra on…now this might seem like a mundane and obvious chore but you'll be surprised how much comfier you are if you are actually getting your girls in the right place.
Next, another common issue is the straps being either too loose or too tight. I should also mention here that before setting out to purchase new bras, you should go and get professionally measured at a local lingerie shop as it's actually unbelievable how many women are wearing the wrong sized bra and this can have an effect on how tight or loose you think you want your straps!
If you're like many women and suffer from a band riding up situation, make sure you can put two fingers underneath the back of the band. This should ensure its the right size for you.
Now, I haven't got the biggest boobs in the world, but i'm happy with them! So 'cup gaping' can be an issue for me but I tend to just go down a cup size when this tends to happen.
Some other problems for women with larger breasts (not me) can be a 'quad-boob' or 'side boob'. its a simple enough solution, consider going up a cup size.
