Miss mash..

It's been a while since I posted an outfit blog but i've been so busy settling into my new job I wanted to completely focus on that instead of playing dress up, but it's about time I got back into it. 

The other week I went shopping and although summer is around the corner, I wanted to find a really classic-looking white cosy jumper. One that I could throw on over the top of a pair of shorts in the summer evenings or wear to work. I walked into Topshop and saw this beauty and completely fell in love. I think the shape of it, with the cut out sides is just so flattering on my hips and the neck line has a really nice rolling detail, which just adds that something extra to a plain white jumper. 

It's very fair to say that I have definitely to my fair share of wear out of it, it just seems to go with everything! I wanted to create a really snazzy day outfit and this skirt popped out of wardrobe that has been hidden away for about a year! - Also from Topshop. 

Due to the British summer, we can never be certain of a sunny day…even throughout taking these photos, the weather seemed to change 100 times. That's why I thought pairing it with these really comfy over-the-knee boots, keeps me warm and I just love the way they look with this skirt. 

I will definitely be revisiting this look for a night out, minus the jumper and maybe a baggy black crop top. 

It's always great when you revisit old clothes and create new outfits with them.
